Efficient work by using HANTA F14C
demonstration: paving parking

The city of Mulhouse like many other towns, do their asphalt jobs by their own workers. Jobs like street repair, paving of small paths and places are done by hard work on long working days.

To test a better solution, the city has paved the parking of a old people's home with the HANTA F14C together with the dealer EURO MAT (Colmar).

40 tons of Asphalt have been laid on 440 sqm within short time. Since all the controls of the machine can be reached from the driver's centre position, the machine can be driven and controlled by one man only. Paving depth was 8 cm. To have an even surface from one line to the next, a MOBA ski-sensor has been used on one side.
Feeding is done with trucks that can open one half of the dumper's back side or with smaller special asphalt trucks. The hopper can receive 1540 kg, while the machine's weight is 2900 kg. The hopper wings on each side can be opened independent. 

Material feeding capacity per hour is 53,6 m3 and maximum 20,6 m can be paved per minute.
Just in time for lunch break the job is "finished". The high quality of the paved place comes up to expectations. Mr Francis Zug of the city of Mulhouse summarizes: "This machine is the answer to our problems. It will save our time and allow us to work efficiently."
